Camp Gladiator
9/10/2016: Shout out to Misti Pope and the Camp Gladiator crew for hosting the Nathan Beatty benefit! Radonna and I had an amazing time and enjoyed a very challenging workout for a great cause! It’s always pleasurable to spend time with a group of individuals sharing a common goal of physical wellbeing. It was hard for me to get past not being able to rest after eight reps though!
